JROTC Advances in Academic Competition
Congratulations to Christopher Logan and Joseph Celestin for advancing to the second round in the JROTC Academic Challenge. These young men worked with two other students from Hillside High to create a team of four. Over 1300 JROTC programs from across the country competed in the 75 question competition. Our students finished in the top 50% and will advance to round two which will be held in February of 2012. The top 40 teams from round 2 will go to Washington, DC in June to attend a leadership symposium and compete face-to-face. Good luck Chris and Joseph!
